What is Reconnect?

Reconnect is designed to increase access and equity for individuals by providing personalised, wraparound services that address non-vocational barriers. Our mission is to help participants unlock their potential and achieve their goals through tailored support and one-on-one mentorship.

Our mentors work closely with participants to:

  • Identify individual needs and challenges
  • Develop a personalised plan to overcome barriers
  • Build employability skills and capabilities
  • Enhance confidence, resilience, and readiness for further study or employment

How Does It Work?

We’ve simplified the process into three easy steps:

  1. Get Help – Make a referral. You can self-refer or be referred by family, friends, schools, or community agencies.
  2. Get Support – Work with a dedicated mentor who will guide you through your journey and ensure you’re never alone.
  3. Get Reconnected – Gain the skills and confidence to align with your goals, pursue further training, or transition to employment.
