About the Role

As the Course Coordination Officer, your role revolves around organising and managing all aspects of training courses. This includes scheduling, preparing, and booking resources such as facilities, program materials, and equipment, as well as overseeing the maintenance and tracking of stock materials and IT equipment to ensure the seamless delivery of courses.

About You

We seek a highly driven and detail-orientated individual with a passion for education and resource management.

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in the seamless delivery of our training courses by overseeing the scheduling, preparation, and booking of resources such as facilities, program materials, and equipment.

Qualifications and Licences

  • Certificate II or higher in, Business Administration
  • Current employee Victorian Working with Children Check Card (WWCC)
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check
  • Current Australian Driver’s License
