About the Role

The Executive Assistant is responsible for the provision of confidential administrative support to the CEO and Managers of The Centre. The role includes the provision of confidential secretariat and administrative support to the Board of Governance of The Centre

About You

We are looking for an individual who is experienced with meeting administration and coordination, report preparation and schedule organisation.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing confidential administrative and secretarial support with strong time management, accuracy and communication skills

Qualifications and Licences

  • Qualification in Business Administration – Certificate IV level (Diploma or above)
  • Current employee Victorian Working with Children Check Card (WCC)
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence

Position Salary Range

$36 – $38 Per Hour
