Moving on is the companion course to Employable me. It helps learners to access the job market by:
- providing sessions on accessing the hidden job market
- consolidating their skill summary through the construction of Mind Maps
- resume refinement
- constructing letters of application, and preparing for job interviews, including participating in a “mock interview” with an external panel of business volunteers.
- In addition, learners will be exposed to the requirements of studying at TAFE should they choose to pursue further study.
As well as face to face tuition, the course includes presentations by Guest Speakers, including a TAFE Pathways Counsellor and two industry/business representatives.
