About the Role
As an Enrolment and Pathways Officer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the enrolment process and assisting them throughout their journey in our partnership with Wodonga TAFE. This is a hands on role that involves working along side our learners in the classroom to assist them achieve success.
You’ll collaborate with Learners, Trainers and Wodonga Tafe to ensure a seamless transition for students from enrolment to completion of courses.
About You
We seek a highly driven and compassionate individual for the Enrolment and Pathways Officer role. You will possess a unique blend of empathy and collaboration skills to establish relationships with learners, trainers and industry partners.
You will have strong communication skills that allow you to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
You have a genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Qualifications and Licences
- Certificate III or higher in, Education, or Business Administration, or significant experience working with Quality and Compliance.
- Current employee Victorian Working with Children Check Card (WWCC)
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check
- Current Australian Driver’s License

- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of service to internal and external customers in a busy customer service/administration environment.
- Demonstrated experience working in roles that require a high level of attention to detail whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- High level of computer skills with experience utilising databases, Microsoft Outlook, and Word.
