This is a course for students who want to work in customer service, for instance in retail and hospitality.
You will learn how to provide customers as well as internal customers with a positive experience. You will also understand how your own behaviour impacts others and your relationships. Finally, the course trains practical skills such as how to work in a team and prioritise your work.
This course provides a path to a Certificate III or IV level TAFE course in retail, hospitality, business administration.
