This course gives you the skills and knowledge to safely and legally use 1080 (sodium fluoroacetate) and PAPP (4-aminopropiophenone) bait products for pest animal control in Victoria.

By completing this course, you will meet the legal requirements needed to apply for a 1080 & PAPP endorsement on your licence or permit. This is the only recognised way to become authorised to use these products in Victoria.

This course is for Agricultural Chemical Users Permit holders such as farmers, land managers, pest controllers, commercial operators and anyone who needs to legally purchase and use 1080 or PAPP bait products in Victoria.

• Entry Requirements: Participants must hold a valid Agricultural Chemical User Permit (ACUP) before enrolling.
• Delivery Method: Face-to-face classroom training with activities and discussions.
• Duration: 6 hours (plus some pre-reading).
• Renewal: No regular renewal required, but you must always follow current laws and product Directions for Use.
• What to Wear: Neat casual clothing suitable for a classroom environment.
