Project Development Consultant

Our Pathways to Possibilities (P2P) Program is a partnership group with Open Door Neighbourhood House, The Centre and Gateway Health.

You will work collaboratively with the project partners to complete specific tasks across the following 6 project areas:

  1. Development of Pathways to Possibilities Project Action Plan
  2. The Development of a P2P Project Advisory Group
  3. The Development of a P2P Program Delivery Model
  4. The Development of a Learner Engagement Action Plan
  5. The Development of Strategies and Resources to Support Sustainability and Best-practice
  6. Development of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

Resource Development Consultant

Our Pathways to Possibilities (P2P) Program is a partnership group with Open Door Neighbourhood House, The Centre and Gateway Health.

You will have specific expertise in designing educational resources relevant to the needs of people with a disability and be able to work collaboratively to develop quality learning resources to meeting the needs of learners.

Individual Support (Aged Care) Trainer

Located at Wangaratta

You must hold relevant vocational experience and qualifications, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Business Development Officer – For the North East Region.

This part time role involves building relationships with employment services stakeholders, industry groups and employers, and other relevant stakeholders to develop and close opportunities for The Centre’s products and services.

Project Coordinator – Family Learning Partnership

Working within our Education and Training Department, the Project Coordinator will work closely with Schools, early education providers and support networks within Wangaratta and Benalla including Maternal Child and Health Centres and early childhood centres to consult and review our current programs, re-establish current needs and develop and coordinate meaningful programs.

Breakthrough: Ice education for families

Wednesday November 8 at 6pm – 9pm at Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre

Beyond IceThis community information session will cover key issues about ice, its effects on the brain and body, the relationship between drug use and mental health, strategies for dealing with the ice user, and access to support and resources.

Social Touch Football

Sport North East, in conjunction with North Eastern Knights, are running a social touch football competition. The competition will commence on Wednesday November 8, will run for 6 weeks, and is open to adults of all abilities and skill levels. No experience is necessary.

When: Wednesdays from 8 November for six weeks, 6.15pm (last session will be on 13 December)
Where: Appin Park Reserve (middle of athletics track)
Who: Everyone welcome, bring runners and a drink bottle.
Cost: FREE

Wangaratta Rovers Female Football Program

In 2018, Wangaratta Rovers Football Netball Club will field three female football teams in the AFL NEB female football competition – U’16 girls, U’19 girls, and Open Women’s. Pre-season is due to commence late January and the season in late April. All females born 2005 and earlier are welcome, no experience necessary.
