Big Bytes for Small Organisations

A series of workshops begins later this month with the aim to help local community groups use technology to attract, retain and support volunteers.

This training is made possible thanks to a partnership between The Centre for Continuing Education Inc. and North East Tracks Local Learning and Employment Network and with funding from the Victorian Government’s Volunteering Digital Literacy and Technology Readiness program.

The workshops aim to enhance the digital literacy and readiness to use new technologies of local small and medium sized volunteer organisations. Anne Shaw from the NETracks LLEN said these workshops were a great opportunity for people who lead and manage volunteers to learn about new approaches.

Attendance is free and places are limited.

Register at bigbytes.co or call The Centre on (03) 5721 0200 or find out more at https://www.thecentre.vic.edu.au/big-bytes-for-small-organisations
