Local Drug Action Team (LDAT)

Local Drug Action Teams (LDAT)

The Centre is the lead on behalf of the Wangaratta Ice Steering Committee for our first LDAT project.

The Wangaratta Ice Steering Committee has been accepted by the Australian Drug Foundation (ADF) as one of the first 40 Local Drug Action Teams (LDAT) nationally.

The LDAT program will support community action to prevent harm from crystal methamphetamine (ice), as well as alcohol and other drugs.

Over time, an LDAT community of practice will be developed to support peer-to-peer learning, the sharing of stories, continuous program improvement and positive social impact.
