Centre Closure

Wednesday 17 February 2:36PM

Dear learners and clients,

Due to the easing of lockdown restrictions made today by the Victorian government, our offices will be reopening and face-to-face classes will resume from Thursday morning – 18 February 2021.

For any classes you attend on site, please ensure you bring a mask with you. It is also important that if you are unwell, that you stay off campus until your health returns. If you have flu-like symptoms, you should obtain a COVID test and isolate until you receive the results.

If you have any questions or concerns about this return to class, please reach out to your Trainer or Learner Engagement Officer. If you are unsure about their contact details, please contact our friendly customer service team on 1300 843 236.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time, and we look forward to seeing you back on site soon.

Take care

With kind regards,

Friday 12 February 3:00PM

Dear learners and clients,

Due to the snap lockdown imposed by the Victorian Government to try to control the spread of the latest COVID hotspot, The Centre’s sites will close on Monday 15 February through to Wednesday 17 February.

We have been directed not to hold face-to-face classes during this period. Therefore, any classes occurring on any of those days next week will be temporarily postponed. We hope the restrictions will be lifted on Thursday and we can reassess the situation then.

If restrictions continue in some form, we may need to commence some classes through our virtual classroom after Thursday. We will stay in touch with you if this needs to happen.

If this happens we will provide you with all the support you need to access these classes. Our virtual classroom is very user friendly and engaging. If you don’t have a device (e.g. a laptop), we can loan you one.

Please be assured that we will doing everything we can to help you succeed with your learning and achieve your goals. Hopefully, this lockdown will be short lived and we can all return to some sort of normal.

Stay safe and best wishes,

Felicity Williams
