The Centre is a community-owned not-for-profit adult and community college, established over 60 years ago. It operates a unique blend of community building programs, learner engagement support and education programs for people with low educational attainment and multiple challenges through to people seeking entry into the workforce.

About the Role
The Centre has learner-focused approach which allows our learners to bring their own experiences forward, understand the real-world applications of the knowledge and skills they are gaining and continuing to build their confidence to pursue their careers.
This role will support the delivery of Foundation Skills Training to learners to not only complete their course but to assist them to thrive in successful careers.
About You
The Centre is looking for dedicated and supportive trainers who are passionate about building the skills and knowledge of our learners. Trainers that help build skills and confidence to be active and engaged members of society, Trainers that encourage and guide learners to future work and meaningful careers.
Our Trainers take pride helping people make transformational changes in their lives or reach their goals and are proud of the opportunities they have helped create for individuals and their communities.
Qualifications and Licenses
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116)
- Current employee Victorian Working with Children Check Card (WWCC)
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check
