Wangaratta, Wodonga, Shepparton, Seymour

Full time and Part-time opportunities, 65-70k

About the Centre

The Centre supports people and communities in regional Victoria. We believe our clients can be more confident and independent. We believe our learners can be more skilled and productive. We believe our communities can be more inclusive and vibrant.

About the role

As a Learning Engagement and Employment Officer (LEEO) with The Centre you will work within The Centre’s Learning Engagement, Support and Employment Team to support and facilitate the engagement and learning journey of people who have significant barriers to engaging in formal education, skills training and employment.

LEEOs are responsible for providing intensive case management support for individual learners/clients to achieve their goals – particularly education and employment goals, but also supporting achievement of personal and wellbeing goals. Through a process of triaging and assessment, LEEOs provide advice on which program a specific learner/client should be inducted into. LEEOs then support entry into the designated program and provide ongoing support and interventions to ensure engagement, completion and achievement.

The Centre will include, support, and empower you. We have flexible working conditions, professional development, a fantastic team, and the pleasure of going to work each day for a rewarding purpose.

We know you can help people be more confident, skilled, and productive. At the Centre, we believe in you.
